PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To certainly suppress the occurrence of a crack, breakage or the like in the case of the insert molding of a component.
SOLUTION : When the component 2 is subjected to insert molding in a resin, the resin is injected so as not to cause welding at the thinnest part of the resin (resin part D) in the periphery of the component 2. Moreover, in a case that the resin contains a fibrous filter (f), the resin is injected so that the fibrous filler f is oriented in the direction almost crossing the minimum cross section s of the resin part D. Further, in a case that the component 2 is a rare earth metal magnet and has the coefficient of negative thermal expansion, the resin is injected from the direction almost parallel to a direction becoming largest in the product αL of the dimension L of the component 2 and the coefficient α of thermal expansion in the dimensional direction of the component 2.
