PURPOSE : Provided is a method for preparing an aqueous paint, which removes the so-called sick-house syndrome by using far infrared rays and anions and eliminates various bacteria and moulds. CONSTITUTION : The method for preparing an aqueous paint capable of removing the sick-house syndrome and various bacteria comprises a step of adding bio-energy earth(Saenggito), monazite and a surfactant. The aqueous paint preferably comprises 25 wt%% of bio-energy earth, 5 wt%% of monazite and 10 wt%% of a surfactant, and the balance amount of a solvent including water and other additives including an adhesive, a pigment, a defoaming agent, a thickening agent and fillers. © KIPO 2006
