PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an evaluation method of a molded product capable of accurately evaluating, for example, the occurrence of cracks or breakings of the molded product after sintering in a non-destructive manner. SOLUTION : In the evaluation method of the molded product obtained by the compression molding of a powder, the molded product is evaluated on the basis of the electric resistance value of the molded product. More specifically, the correlation between the electrical resistance value and the percent defective of the molded product is preliminarily calculated, and the molded product is evaluated on the basis of the correlation from the measured electrical resistance value. The powder is a rare-earth element alloy powder and contains, for example, R (R is at least one kind of either a rare-earth element and the rare-earth element contains Y), T (T is Fe or at least one kind of a transition metal element that contains Fe and Co as essential elements) and B.
