PURPOSE : Cuffs for a tonometer and a method for manufacturing the same, and a tonometer are provided to prevent a pocket-shaped cover body from being damaged by not making the pocket-shaped cover body easily rolled or released. CONSTITUTION : A fluid band(150) is expanded and contracted by a flow of a fluid. A flexible member(160) is located on an outer side of the fluid band(150) in a state that the fluid band(150) is wound on the human body. The flexible member(160) is changeable elastically by being wound in a ring shape. A pocket-shaped cover body(140) includes the fluid band(150) and the flexible member(160). The pocket-shaped cover body(140) includes an inner cover(142) which forms an inner wall located on the human body, and an outer cover(141) which forms an outer wall located on an outer side of the inner wall. The inner cover(142) and the outer cover(141) are overlapped by the pocket-shaped cover body(140). The inner cover(142) has a re-folding unit which is formed by a folded end. The re-folding unit is located between an end of the outer cover(141) and an end of the flexible member. © KIPO 2006
