PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a soft magnetic alloy consolidation object with high flux density and good electric insulation properties, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION : The soft magnetic alloy consolidation object contains magnetic particles having an insulator coat entirely or on part of the surface of soft magnetic alloy particles, wherein the insulation coat contains rare earth elements, oxygen and carbon. The manufacturing method of the soft magnetic alloy consolidation object includes (1) a step of forming the insulator coat on soft magnetic alloy powder to obtain magnetic powder, and (2) a step of molding the magnetic powder obtained in the step (1) under high temperature and pressure conditions.
