PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare-earth group magnet thin plate with an excellent magnetic characteristic even if the thickness of the magnet plate is made more thinner. SOLUTION : The rare-earth group magnet thin plate is disclosed which is manufactured by using a R-B-Fe-Co-Ni-Ti alloy into which a part or all of added Ti are solid-solved. The alloy includes 10 atom% or more and 25 atom% or less R (at least one kind of an element selected from lanthanoid containing Y); 2 atom% or more and 20 atom% or less B; 10 atom% or more and less than 73 atom% Fe; 7 atom% or more and 50 atom% or less Co; 5 atom% or more and 30 atom% or less Ni; 55 atom% or more and less than 88 atom% (Fe+Co+Ni); and 0.5 atom% or more and 3 atom% or less Ti. The thin plate includes an R2(Fe, Co, Ni)14B phase and an R(Fe, Co, Ni)4B phase the TiB2 phase of which is dispersedly precipitated wherein a ratio of Fe/(Fe+Co+Ni) in the R(Fe, Co, Ni)4B phase is selected to be 0.5 or below, and the thickness of the magnet plate is selected to be 50 to 300 μm.
