PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide at a low cost a sheet-form bond magnet containing a thermoplastic elastomer as its resin binder. SOLUTION : A compound for bond magnets contains a rare-earth-alloy powder and a thermoplastic elastomer, and the percentage content of the rare-earth-alloy powder contained in the compound is made not smaller than 80 mass%, and further, the Shore A hardness of the thermoplastic elastomer in a room temperature is made not larger than 10.
