PURPOSE : A multi-layer ceramic condenser is provided to enhance a reliability characteristic of the multi-layer ceramic condenser by controlling a diffusion state of a rare earth metal as miniaturization, big capacity, low costs, and high reliability are requested. CONSTITUTION : A multi-layer ceramic condenser includes an element body and a pair of outer electrodes. A first inner electrode layer(23) and a second inner electrode layer(28) are alternatingly laminated with a dielectric layer(7) between them. A first sheet member(73) includes the dielectric layer and the first inner electrode layer. A second sheet member(78) includes the dielectric layer and the second inner electrode layer. The first and the second sheet members are alternatingly laminated in multiple layers. A first connection portion(23a) is exposed from the first outer electrode, which is connected to the first connection portion. A second connection portion(28a) is exposed from the second outer electrode, which is connected to the second connection portion. © KIPO 2006
