Pseudo cross-linking resin composition comprises vinyl polymer (A) containing atomic groups on side chain and/or terminals capable of forming inter molecular hydrogen bonding and a vinyl polymer (B) having these groups at side and/or molecular skeletons, and a silicone resin (I) added in. Pseudo cross-linking resin composition comprises vinyl polymer (A) containing atomic groups on side chain and/or terminals capable of forming inter molecular hydrogen bonding and a vinyl polymer (B) having these groups at side and/or molecular skeletons, and a silicone resin of formula (I) added in, where (A) is a polymer and/or copolymer having carboxyl or OH groups at the side chain and/or molecular terminals, and (B) is a polymer and/or copolymer having at least one N atom on the side chain and/or molecular skeleton : [Image] R : C pH 2p +>1; p : 4; m and n : polymerization degree. Independent claims are also included for : (1) a molding material comprising the resin composition; (2) a film and a sheet obtained from the molding material; and (3) an optical part using the sheet or film.
