PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a slot machine for allowing a player to continue to have interest and to feel freshness in a game for a long term. SOLUTION : The slot machine comprises : a role lottery means for performing role lottery to determine one role by lottery among the roles at least including a winning role and a re-game role; a re-game control means for re-performing the game without throwing-in a game medium when the re-game role is drawn by the role lottery means; a re-game selection high state control means for changing the state of the game into a re-game selection high state, where probability to win the re-game role by the role lottery means is set to be a higher value, when a prescribed start condition is achieved and releasing the re-game selection high state when a prescribed release condition is achieved. When the release condition comprises the release of the re-game selection high state when a prescribed pattern is stopped, the player can take measures to evade the stop of the prescribed pattern and to continue the re-game selection high state.
