PURPOSE : Provided is an assorting separator having an ascend-swirl generating fan in a body to discharge suspended particles or fine sand to an upper portion of the body. CONSTITUTION : The assorting separator includes an impacting bar(16) installed between ascend-swirl generating fans(15) for impacting sand dropped against ascend swirl. The ascend-swirl generating fans are disposed in a crossed state to each other. The rest of the ascend swirling fans except for the uppermost fan has a desired inclined angle. A rotating shaft disposed between the uppermost ascend-swirl generating fan and a fixed fan(18) has a brush(18a) for effectively eliminating suspended particles. A lower impacting bar is installed in a rear direction for re-impacting gravel or coarse sand hit from an upper hitting bar. A lower portion of the rotating shaft has at least one descend-swirl generating fan(19) for dropping the gravel or coarse sand more quickly. © KIPO 2006
