PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide such a material as to activate chronic senescence of a muscular tissue and a tissue in which fatigue is accumulated, and to provide a patch for external use. SOLUTION : This patch of skin adhesive type is formed by laminating a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one of surfaces of a base material formed by coating or impregnating a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, or felt with a mixture composition which comprises a powder of a sedimentary conglomerate natural ore and a powder of a natural ore containing rare earth elements, or with a resin composition which is formed by mixing the powder of the sedimentary conglomerate natural ore, the powder of the natural ore containing the rare earth elements, and a resin not charged with static electricity.
