PURPOSE : A re-pavement or repair method for a road or a bridge is provided to heighten economical efficiency by preventing the crack formation in a road or a bridge and improving the durability of the re-paved road or bridge by coupling old and new pavements in one with strong adhesive strength. CONSTITUTION : A re-pavement or repair method for a road or a bridge comprises the steps of surfacing by cutting off the surface of deteriorated asphalt concrete about 4 centimeters and removing asphalt pieces or impurities, applying rubber asphalt adhesives(1) composed of 65~75 weight percent asphalt, 5~15 weight percent thermoplastic rubber, 0.5~10 weight percent additives and 9.5~20 weight percent filler in a thickness of 1 millimeter, attaching asphalt impregnated glass fiber non-woven fabrics(2) in a thickness of 0.5 millimeters, and paving asphalt concrete mixture(3) of 130~170°C, then hardening the surface. © KIPO 2006
