PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric ceramic composition capable of being sintered at a low temperature of ≤1000°C and having excellent dielectric characteristics. SOLUTION : The dielectric ceramic composition is obtained by firing a mixture of a dielectric component expressed by the formula : aLi2O-b(CaO1-x-SrOx)-cR2O3-dTiO2 with a vitreous component, the dielectric component is prepared by calcining raw materials and at least contains bismuth base glass as the glass component. In the X-ray diffraction chart after firing, the ratio (2nd phase/1st phase) of peak intensity of a 2nd phase containing a rare earth metal having a perovskite structure to that of a 1st phase which is a main phase having a perovskite structure is ≤20%. In the formula, (x) satisfies 0≤x<1, R expresses at least one kind selected from rare earth elements and (a), (b) and (c) satisfy respectively 0≤a≤20 mol%, 0≤b≤45 mol%, 0≤c≤20 ml% and 40≤d≤80 mol% and a+b+c+d=100 mol%.
