PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a concrete secondary product which promotes the reuse of a plasterboard waste and which has a low cost acceptable to a market by making use of the features of a waste as a raw material and by combining with adjusting to the purpose. SOLUTION : The concrete secondary product is characterized in that such aggregate as a powder of the plaster that a plasterboard waste has been freed of the paper, a pulverizate of a concrete waste, a concrete sludge and aggregate sludge that are discharged along with washing water at the time of washing a mixer in a not-hardened concrete plant, a river sedimentary earth, sludge and so on, are used and solidified with a proper quantity of cement (such a quantity of cement as to enable to secure the required strength).
