PURPOSE : Provided are an anion-releasing food vessel using loess, which emits anions and far infrared rays to have sterilizing and anti-cancer actions, maintains a freshness of food, and improves health, and a method for manufacturing the food vessel.
CONSTITUTION : The method for manufacturing an anion-releasing food vessel using loess comprises the steps of : (S100) collecting loess to be dried in a natural state or dryer; (S200) grinding the dry loess into powder(200-250mesh); (S300) mixing 80-90wt% of loess powder, 3-8wt% of monazite-based rare earth mineral, 5-10wt% of silicon compound, and 1-2wt% of a mixture containing other binders, followed by molding the mixed clay into a vessel; (S400) biscuit-firing the vessel to be cooled at room temperature for 24-48 hours; (S500) applying glaze onto the vessel to be fired; (S600) sintering the vessel at 1050-1250deg.C for 20-30 hours; and (S700) cooling the sintered vessel at room temperature.
