The present invention is based on the magnetic resonance principle useful for developing a device for improving fluids. Said device comprises a container with a plurality of layers and materials such as ferric materials, neodymium, a material with a high dielectric coefficient known as kaolin , plastic clay, a mixture of germanium and silicon and rare earths based on yttrium and glass. Once the different layers have been manufactured out and compacted, the same are baked for obtaining a magnetic flow linearity, then a microscopically porous deposit of argentums is established by means of the Electro-Less technique.
