PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method capable of efficiently treating a large amount of an earthworm frass soil conditioner type fertilizer by simplifying a process of separately providing a transfer process of a portion where the earthworms on the surface live actually, a selection process of earthworms and earthworm earth and a drying process in the production of the earthworm frass soil conditioner type fertilizer. SOLUTION : The earth in which the earthworms live (earthworm bed) is placed on the upper part of the animal- and plant-based industrial waste, in which the earthworms descend and eat the waste as feed. The excreted frass are collected and are used as the earthworm frass soil conditioner type fertilizer. The earthworms are aerobic organisms and have a threshold at the depth at which frass soil is formed and therefore turning work is carried out at every specified period. COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI
