PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide RE-T-B based magnet powder which can achieve a lower sintering temperature in manufacturing an isotropic bulk magnet. SOLUTION : RE-T-B based magnet powder according to an embodiment hereof is powder of a RE-T-B based magnet (RE represents a rare earth element, T represents Fe, or Fe and Co). The RE-T-B based magnet comprises RE of 15 atom% or more and 21 atom% or less. It is preferable that the RE represents a rare earth element including Nd. It is more preferable that The RE-T-B based magnet further comprises at least one element selected from a group consisting of Al, Si, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ga, Ge, Zr, Nb, Mo, In, Sn, Sb, Hf, Ta, W, Pb, Bi and C.
