PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve processing accuracy and productivity by enabling contour processing or the like of a rare earth metal magnet sintered material in a short time by implementing cutting processing using a milling cutter cutting tool such as an end mill, fullback, formed cutter in processing the rare earth metal magnet sintered material. SOLUTION : The magnet crude material 1 of an arcuate shape or the like that is the rear earth metal magnet sintered material is cut by the rotation of the end mill 5 for its contour processing.
