PURPOSE : To provide a wood vinegar sheet for reinforcing function of a conventional wood vinegar sheet by generating a large amount of anions. CONSTITUTION : A wood vinegar sheet comprising rare earth minerals comprises : an air permeable sheet(12) that is a face contacted with the skin; a non-air permeable sheet(14) that is a face facing the air permeable sheet; and a wood vinegar mixed powder(16) which is filled in an inner space formed by adhering the air permeable sheet to the edge of the non-air permeable sheet, and in which wood vinegar powder and rare earth mineral powder are mixed, wherein the rare earth mineral powder is contained in the wood vinegar mixed powder in a content of 2 to 20 weight parts for 100 weight parts of the wood vinegar powder, and wherein the rare earth mineral is thorium. © KIPO 2006
