PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve problems that although a laminated ceramic component is required to make thin a ceramic layer and an inner electrode to miniaturize the laminated ceramic component, and with proceeding thinning of the inner electrode, a break or unevenness of the film thickness is easily generated, and it leads to deterioration in electric characteristics. SOLUTION : Conductive paste contains 100 mol of metal powder mainly comprising nickel to 0.2-6.0 mol of silicon dioxide, and also contains 1/50-1 times in molar ratio at least one element selected from alkali earth metal elements and rare earth elements or a compound containing this element to silicon dioxide, and by using the conductive paste, the generation of the break of the inner electrode is prevented even if the inner electrode is made thin, and the laminated ceramic electronic component having high electric characteristic can be obtained.
