PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a fluorescent lamp reusing a calcium halo-phosphate phosphor of a waste fluorescent lamp and a mixed phosphor including the calcium halo-phosphate phosphor. SOLUTION : In the fluorescent lamp, a method for classifying the waste fluorescent and a method for manufacturing the fluorescent lamp, the fluorescent lamp 1 comprises a phosphor film 4 including the phosphor of the waste fluorescent lamp on a glass tube inner face 3, the phosphor film 4 mainly comprising a wavelength rare earth phosphor of the waste fluorescent lamp, and the calcium halo-phosphate of the waste fluorescent lamp is 30 wt.% or less in a composition weight ratio.
