A method for manufacturing a wet tissue using cinnamon and rare earth, according to the present invention, comprises the following steps : a heating and melting step for heating and melting mica stone or silica; a melt cooling step for cooling the melt of the mica stone or silica to produce crystals; a hydrating step for producing a rare earth aqueous solution by the crystals; a cinnamon extract adding step for adding a cinnamon extract to the rare earth aqueous solution; and a production step for producing the wet tissue using the prepared rare earth aqueous solution.
