PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rotor yoke low in price and superior in workability and reliability, and a constitution method for a rare earth group resin coupling type magnet. SOLUTION : Concavo-convex parts are formed on a face contact with the rare earth group resin coupling type magnet in the motor axial direction at the inside diameter of the rotor yoke, a resin coupling type magnet is constituted of a composition for a rare earth group magnet of not more than 0.1% of a mold shrinkage factor composed of rare earth group alloy powder by using a thermoset resin as a binder, and a rotor and a yoke are integrally molded by injection molding.
