PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To manufacture the homogeneous anisotropic bond magnet having high magnetic characteristics and productivity by a method, wherein before or after or simultaneously, the blend mixing of magnetic powders with a resin as a binder, a specific amount of fine R-Fe-B base nano composite magnetic powders is blend mixed with the particles. SOLUTION : After the blend-mixing of 0.9-49wt.% of R-Fe-B base nano composite magnet fine powders and 1-10wt.% of resin with total amount of anisotropic R-Fe-B base magnetic powders having assembled structure of recrystalline particles, made of R2 Fe14 B tetragonal system phase in the mean recrystalline particle diameter of 0.05μm-50μm, the primary molding step is performed to attain the density of the molded body of 3-5.7g/cm at the temperature not exceeding the resin softening starting point. Next, after heating the primary molded body at the temperature exceeding the resin softening starting point but not exceeding the setting starting point, secondary molding step is performed in the magnetic field at the molding pressure of 2-10ton/cm to be set. Accordingly, the anisotropic bond magnetic having high magnetic characteristics can be manufactured efficiently.
