PURPOSE : A device for removing alien matters from a reclaiming earth using specific gravity difference and a method thereof are provided to make clean earth by removing alien matters from reclaiming earth. CONSTITUTION : The device for removing alien matters from a reclaiming earth using specific gravity difference comprises a tank(10), a screw transport device(30), a rotatable cylindrical brush(42), a collector tank(40) and an air nozzle(22) for discharging air to the brush(42). Reclaiming earth is injected into the tank(10), wherein water is filled up to a predetermined height. One end of the screw transport device(30) is emerged in the water of the tank, and the other end of the screw transport device is exposed outside. The cylindrical brush is installed in parallel to the surface of water, being emerged into the water. The collector tank contacts the tank(10) and collects floating alien matters by the rotation of the brush(42). © KIPO 2006
