PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a muddy water treatment apparatus which can simplify its circuit configuration. SOLUTION : This muddy water treatment apparatus comprises a nozzle unit 2 for spraying water onto a road surface L from an injection nozzle 1 and collecting muddy water together with earth and sand on the road surface L, a cyclone primary filtration tank 3 for carrying out primary filtration by centrifuging water and the earth and sand in the muddy water, an air-water separation tank 4 for separating water and air, a vacuum pump 5 for sucking only air from the air-water separation tank 4 to discharge it outside, a secondary filtration tank 6 for carrying out the secondary filtration of water W1 in the air-water separation tank 4, a normally and reversibly rotatable vortex pump 7 for sucking the water against the sucking force of the vacuum pump 5, a clear water tank 8 for storing clear water W2 discharged from the vortex pump 7, and a high-pressure pump 9 for forcibly feeding the clear water W2 to the injection nozzle 1 of the nozzle unit 2.
