PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an aqueous composition which can synthesize organic matters, enables easy and efficient synthesis of an organic matter in a mild condition. SOLUTION : The aqueous composition of the present invention is characteristically prepared by passing a rare gas selected from the group consisting of helium, argon and xenon through water. The organic matter can be manufactured by the aqueous composition containing at least one of the rare gas alone or mixture of the different aqueous compositions.
