PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a time-resolved fluorescence analyzing method simultaneously and highly sensitively analyzing a plurality of object matters to be analyzed on one microchip. SOLUTION : The method includes a step in which the plurality of object matters (A) to be analyzed each being supported in the form of a dot on the microchip are brought to contact with fluorescent rare-earth metal complex inclusion core/shell type particles (B) each of which is a core/shell type particle being composed of a core portion (a) practically made of a water-insoluble high polymer compound and a shell portion (b) that is practically made of a water-soluble high polymer compound with a reactive functional group and covers the surface of the core portion so as to be like a brush. The core portion and the shell portion make up the core/shell type particle as a whole which is composed of a block copolymer of a water-insoluble high polymer and a water-soluble high polymer. In the fluorescent rare-earth metal complex inclusion core/shell type particle, a fluorescent rare-earth metal complex is encapsulated in the core portion, and a partner which can specifically bind the object matter to be analyzed, is coupled to the shell portion.
