PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a seat with a seating sensor feeling no foreign matter sense even if a sensor for detecting seating is provided and being easily manufactured. SOLUTION : The pad 1 is constituted such that a support material 2 is integrally provided on a bottom surface. In the pad 1, a sheet-like seating sensor 4 and a plate 5 covering the seating sensor 4 as a rigid plate-like body are arranged between the bottom surface and the support material 2. The seat with the seating sensor is molded by arranging the support material 2, the seating sensor 4 and the plate 5 in a molding metal mold for the pad 1 in the laminated state shown in Figure and feeding an urethane rare liquid into the metal mold and foaming.
