SOLUTION : A manufacturing method includes a step A for compressing the compound of magnetically anisotropic or isotropic rare earth bond magnet powder and a bonding agent containing a constituent that can be drawn as a green compact, a step B for thermosetting the green compact as a rare earth magnet bond magnet precursor, a step C for setting a flexible rare earth bond magnet in which the constituent of the bonding agent in the precursor is drawn, a step D for setting the flexible rare earth bond magnet shaped in predetermined dimensions in a temperature region in which the constituent of the bonding agent of the flexible rare earth bond magnet can be drawn, a step E for forming the shaped flexible rare earth bond magnet in a specified annular shape, and a step F for magnetizing the annular magnet.
