PURPOSE : Provided are gypsum boards with antibacterial property, far infrared emission, deodorization and improved strength by adding fired yellow earth and calcium carbonate obtained from fired shells to conventional gypsum board materials. CONSTITUTION : The gypsum boards consist of 2-30wt.% of yellow earth powder(1-150micrometer) fired at 500-1200deg.C, 2-20wt.% of calcium carbonate powder(0.1-150micrometer) obtained from fired shells at 700-1200deg.C, hydrating and carbonizing, and the remains of conventional gypsum board materials comprising 50-90wt.% of gypsum hemihydrate, 2-10wt.% of gypsum hardener, 0.1-3wt.% of starch, 0.1-0.5wt.% of fibers and 0.1-0.5wt.% of admixture.
