PURPOSE : A soil structure for preventing leachate by using ion exchange material and its production method are provided to stabilize soil properties by removing absorbed water from soil particles, to improve the water proof properties by additionally forming water proof layer, and to prevent leachate from being permeated into the earth owing to small water permeability and no cracks thereof. CONSTITUTION : The soil(10) structure for preventing leachate comprises a layer(20) of preventing leachate in which ion exchange material is contained in order to remove absorbed water from the surface of minute soil particles, wherein the ion exchange material is sulfonated oil. The soil structure further comprises a waterproof membrane(40) where a soil-coating agent is contained. © KIPO 2005
