PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To fundamentally solve the problem concerning corrosion resistance brought to a rare earth magnet by forming a film-like member consisting of a continuous material on the surface of the rare earth magnet on the basis of an idea that the surface of the rare earth magnet is completely blocked from steam or oxygen gas, only on the basis of a new idea completely different from the conventional idea that the surface of the rare earth magnet is completely blocked from the steam or the oxygen gas.SOLUTION : On the basis of an idea that when corrosion of the rare earth magnet is suppressed in an initial stage, the corrosion is not advanced, and corrosion resistance can be brought to the rare earth magnet, the corrosion resistance is brought to the rare earth magnet by uniformly, magnetically adsorbing an aggregation of granular fine particles consisting of ferromagnetic oxide so as to form a multilayer structure on the surface of the rare earth magnet.
