The present invention relates to a phosphor, and more specifically, to an oxynitride phosphor emitting red light and a light-emitting device package using the oxynitride phosphor emitting red light. The purpose of the present invention provides the oxynitride phosphor emitting red light, the oxynitride phosphor which is capable of realizing high luminescence intensity having a new crystal structure, and the light-emitting device package using the oxynitride phosphor emitting red light.
