Protection Method for the Magnet of Rotor Assembly

The present invention relates to a method to protect a magnet of a rotor assembly and, specifically, relates to a method preparing a magnet including a rare earth component and coating epoxy on a segment wherein the magnet is inserted to prevent oxidation and deterioration of the magnet. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a rotor assembly comprises : a rotor rotary shaft; a ring-shaped excitation coil axially installed on the rotor rotary shaft; a pair of segments having a tooth-shaped magnetic pole to surround the excitation coil; and a plurality of magnets to prevent saturation of a magnetic flux formed around the excitation coil. The method to protect the magnet of the rotor assembly comprises : (a) a step of sintering materials for the magnet including the rare earth component to prepare the magnet; (b) a step of preparing the rotor rotary shaft, the excitation coil, and the pair of segments; (c) a step of processing a guide groove of the magnet on the pair of segments; (d) a step of coating the epoxy on the pair of segments wherein the guide groove is formed; (e) a step of aligning the rotor rotary shaft, the excitation coil and the pair of segments where the epoxy is coated to an axis; and (f) a step of pressing and fixating the magnet to the pair of segments where the epoxy is coated.(S610) Step of preparing a magnet(S620) Step of preparing a rotor rotary shaft, an excitation coil, and a pair of segments(S630) Step of processing a guide groove of the magnet on the pair of segments(S640) Step of coating epoxy on the pair of segments wherein the guide groove is formed(S650) Step of aligning the rotor rotary shaft, the excitation coil, and the pair of segments where the epoxy is coated to an axis(S660) Step of pressing and fixating the magnet to the pair of segments where the epoxy is coatedCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
