PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for greatly simplifying the cultivation of Tsushima golden tiger lily, and furthermore, cultivating in a short period of time with high efficiency without utilizing biotechnology and without utilizing a facility to render sterile. SOLUTION : The method comprises the steps of : sprinkling a propagule 1 on a sphagnum moss in a tray-like container 9 or embedding the propagule in a sphagnum moss 8; keeping the state that the sphagnum moss is constantly holding water until rooting; cultivating with light shielding in the temperature range that can be rooted; and transplanting the rooted propagule, or the germinated propagule after rooted, to a peat moss.
