The present invention relates to complex oxide ceramics which have low thermal conductivities and reduced rare-earth contents for high-temperature thermal barrier coatings, and a method of producing the same, and more specifically, to complex oxide ceramics which have low thermal conductivities and pyrochlore-fluorite dual structures for high-temperature thermal barrier coatings, which comprise a composition represented by A_2-_XZr_2_+XO_7+_0.5X (in the formula, A is two elements selected from a group consisting of La, Gd, Sm and Dy, and 0 (AA) Start(BB) End(S10) Two kinds of rare-earth metal oxide powder and ZrO_2 powder in a molar ratio of (2-x) : (4+2x) (0(S20) Mix the rare-earth metal oxide powder with the ZrO_2 powder(S30) Form molded article by using the mixed powder and sinter the sameCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
