PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a polysiloxane composition that can reduce generation of volatile components in heat curing.SOLUTION : A polysiloxane composition includes a polysiloxane compound that is obtained by hydrolytic condensation-polymerization of a silane monomer component containing at least one sort of silane monomer represented by general formula (1), RSi(OR), wherein Ris a 1-10C hydrocarbon group, and Rare each independently a 1-6C hydrocarbon group, and metal oxide particles, and concerning an elimination profile of a gas having mass number of 18 detected from coating film comprised of the polysiloxane composition by applying the temperature-programmed desorption spectrum method, the percentage of the total integrated intensity Y based on a fitting curve of a peak having a peak top in a range of ≥120°C and ≤170°C in a fitting curve obtained by a peak fit against integrated intensity X in a range of ≥50°C and ≤400°C is 13% or more.
