Disclosed in the present invention is an injection molding apparatus in which a multi-step pin point gate is realized in a three-step molding apparatus. The injection molding apparatus may reduce cycle time in injection molding and thus improve production efficiency when simultaneously injection-molding products related to one another through the advantage of three-step mold that allows a large quantity of products to be produced through injection molding. Additionally, the injection molding apparatus may have the advantage of two-step molding of improving separation efficiency between a product and a runner, and thus satisfy the existing advantages of both two-step molding and three-step molding. Further, the injection molding apparatus may increase dimensional precision in injection-molded products and minimize the loss of materials used to injection-mold the products, and is capable of varying the size with respect to the runner and of being used with gates of various shapes. Furthermore, the injection molding apparatus allows for flexible condition control and quality reproducibility, in other words, the difference in quality between the initial injection-molded product and subsequent injection-molded products is reduced, and enables the injection-molding of fusion and high-end products while reducing production costs.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
