The present invention relates to an R-Fe-B-based sintered magnet. According to the present invention, a rear-earth sintered magnet has an excellent coercive force, and thus the rear-earth sintered magnet is suitable to be used in hybrid and electric vehicle drive motors and generators. Moreover, heavy rear-earth elements are not included in the rear-earth sintered magnet to reduce costs of the rear-earth sintered magnet. In addition, an unstable supply and demand problem can be solved.
