Provided is a short flow method for preparing a high-performance sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet by utilizing a sintered neodymium-iron-boron oil sludge waste material, comprising the following steps : distillation of organics in the oil sludge, ultrasonic washing of the oil sludge powder, calcium reduction and diffusion, ultrasonic rinsing and drying under a magnetic field, powder mixing and sintering, etc. A regenerative high-performance sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet is directly obtained by using the neodymium-iron-boron oil sludge waste material as a raw material; a vacuum stepped heating method is adopted during distillation of the oil sludge, so that most of the organics are effectively removed. An ultrasonic treatment in a magnetic field is used during the washing of the oil sludge powder, so that the residual organics are effectively removed. The maximum magnetic energy product of the regenerative neodymium-iron-boron sintered magnet obtained by doping a nanometer powder reaches 35.26 MGOe. The method has a short flow, is highly efficient, environmentally friendly, and has a high rare earth recovery and utilization rate. Also provided is a neodymium-iron-boron magnet prepared by utilizing the method.
