PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a new fullerene derivative soluble in an organic solvent, forming a uniform film by itself, having a proper crystallization temperature, and in particular, capable of contributing to improvement in a conversion efficiency when applied to an organic solar cell.SOLUTION : A fullerene derivative is represented by formula (1).
