The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a non-rare earth fluorescent material having a maximum absorption wavelength of 410-470 nm, and to a method for emitting white light using the same. Particularly, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of manganese-doped zinc selenide nanoparticles which can emit luteofulvous light having a wavelength of 500-700 nm due to photoexcitation, and to a method for emitting warm white light using the manganese-doped zinc selenide nanoparticles which can emit warm white light having a wavelength of 500-700 nm. The manufacturing method of the non-rare earth fluorescent material comprises the following steps of : (1) manufacturing a solution containing both zinc ions and manganese ions; (2) manufacturing a solution containing selenium ions; and (3) manufacturing a mixture solution by uniformly mixing the solutions, and growing zinc selenide nanoparticles.(100) Manufacturing a solution containing both zinc ions and manganese ions(102) Manufacturing a solution containing selenium ions(104) Manufacturing a mixture solution by uniformly mixing the solution containing both zinc ions and manganese ions and the solution containing selenium ions and growing manganese-doped zinc selenide nanoparticles in the mixture solutionCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
