PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a hairdressing agent composition causing no creaky feeling when applied to dry hair, well spreading, exhibiting excellent recovery effect to recover original form of curls or bundles of disheveled wavy hair, and giving excellent feeling of set hair.SOLUTION : A hairdressing agent composition includes components (A)-(E). The content of the component (A) is 0.1-10 mass%, the content of the component (B) is 0.1-10 mass%, the content of the component (C) is 0.4-5 mass%, and the content of the component (D) is 0.05-0.4 mass%. The component (A) is a specific poly(N-acylalkyleneimine)-modified organopolysiloxane. The component (B) is an alkylene oxide addition polymer represented by general formula (5) (wherein Rand Rare each H, a 1-24C alkyl group or alkenyl group; m≥1, n≥0, and m+n≥3; and Rand Rare not H simultaneously). The component (C) is a surfactant except the components (B) and (D). The component (D) is a cationic surfactant. The component (E) is water.
