A paroxetine intermediate, a preparation method for same, and uses thereof. Specifically, the method is such that : catalyzed by a complex formed by chiral amine oxide L and rare earth metal compound Ln(OTf)3, the following formula (I) compound and formula (II) compound are reacted in the presence of an organic base to prepare and produce the following formula (III) compound, where R1 is an alkyl, a phenyl or a benzyl, R2, R3, R4 respectively are C1-C6 alkyls or C6-C10 benzyls; the chiral amine oxide (L) has the following structure : where n = 1, 2, R = Ph-, 2, 6-Me2C6H3-, 2, 6-Et2C6H3-, 2, 6-iPr2C6H3- or Ph2CH-.
