The present invention relates to a method to selectively separate rhenium from a rhenium containing solution by solvent extraction, which effectively separates rhenium from a rhenium containing mineral resource or a rhenium containing solution obtained by leaching a secondary resource using solvent extraction, and remarkably reduces a generation of secondary waste to have environmental performance by collecting and circulating an entire solvent used for solvent extraction.
