PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an antibacterial agent which can be limited to the required location on the surface of a material without mixing, and has excellent antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral effects even at low concentrations of the active ingredient without elution, volatilization or the like.SOLUTION : The antibacterial agent contains as an active ingredient a resin having an organic group represented by general formula (1); wherein Rand Rare independently fluoroalkyl groups of 1 to 4 carbon atoms; C and A are joined by a covalent bond or an ionic bond; and A is a hydrogen atom or a positive ion.
