An existing fiber laser has a shortage of a miniaturization difficulty by a structure to pump external light of an optical fiber on the optical fiber by a coupler. For a fiber laser with an ultra small and simple structure with low costs, the fiber laser composed of one fiber is required to make a fiber type laser with one simple cell. According to the present invention, the fiber laser with the ultra simple structure is implemented by forming a surface emitting layer like OLED, LED, and QD-LED to surround the outer surface of the optical fiber doped with rare earth elements, and applying only the electricity to the surface emitting layer.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
